HS-20

Hydroseal® HS-20 is a powdered waterproofing material made from silicates, quartz sand, and cement. When mixed with water, it penetrates concrete and forms needle-like crystalline structures that seal pores and cracks (up to 0.01 inches). This process is moisture-activated and resumes when moisture returns. It can be applied to both positive and negative water surfaces and offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, seawater, gasoline, and extreme cold.

Features

1.A highly permeable, fast-acting waterproofing agent that penetrates deep into concrete and reacts chemically with moisture to form crystals, effectively filling the pores in the concrete without any risk of flaking.

2.Professional applicators can use a trowel, stiff brush, or any suitable tool for application.

3.Applicable to any damp surfaces (excluding standing water) and is not affected by weather conditions.

4.No oxidation or shrinkage occurs, ensuring a lifespan equal to that of the structure.

Applications

Basement raft foundations, the inner side of continuous walls, and machine pits.
