Hydroflex® HS-280 is a fine-grain repair mortar used for concrete repairs. The concrete surface does not need to be pre-wetted before application, and no special wet curing is required after completion. It is a cement-based repair mortar with excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces. After hardening, it has a very low elastic modulus, ensuring that the interface between the repair material and the concrete does not peel off or crack even when the concrete structure undergoes deformation due to external vibrations or movements. It is used for repairing pores and honeycombed surfaces in concrete prior to waterproofing or protective work.
